What Past Pilgrims Say

Marian
Pilgrim in 2025
Peace be with you! This is my first time on a pilgrimage and the experience has been a positive one. I am grateful and appreciative of the work put in by the organisers to coordinate all the arrangements from travel, to food and accommodation. Thank you for the good work as I know it’s not an easy task.

Realised that it’s not exactly easy to navigate the walking route independently (since I am not a fit fiddle) so am glad I got to do this with Prayerful Path. Mary and Katie were great guides. They are adaptable, sensitive to pilgrims’ needs and adapted the day’s plans accordingly. I appreciated being able to stop at significant points and being able to spend some time to savour the place.

It was the trip of a lifetime! Mary, Katie and Dawn were wonderful guides who went out of their way to see to our needs. The itinerary was wonderfully planned and executed. We had time for food, fellowship, great hikes, prayer and amazing sightseeing. I am really glad I went on this trip!

I’ve been leading spiritual pilgrimages for many years, and I am still very much a student on the journey myself. Traveling is one of my great loves, and sharing sacred paths with others brings me deep joy. I am a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach, Meditation Teacher, and Spiritual Coach, but more than any title, I see myself as a companion — someone walking beside you, listening, learning, and holding space along the way.
My own spiritual life is rooted in prayer, reflection, and the wisdom found in both stillness and movement. I believe that pilgrimage is not just something we do with our feet, but with our hearts — and that every journey has the power to shape, soften, and transform us.
In my everyday life, you’ll often find me hiking, reading, shopping for a good deal, spending time with my children and grandchildren, or dreaming up and planning the next pilgrimage. I am grateful for the simple moments of life, the beauty of creation, and the privilege of walking this spiritual path with others.
It is truly an honor to journey with pilgrims — to witness their stories, their courage, and their unfolding — and to walk together toward deeper meaning, connection, and grace.
